We manufacture custom chrome, satin silver, and gold-plated nameplates, logo plates, and decorative badges for furniture, appliances, automotive accessories, fashion, and premium branding applications.
Chrome and plated nameplates are decorative identification products finished with a thin layer of chromium, nickel, gold or silver applied through an electroplating process. The result is a hard, corrosion-resistant surface with a mirror-bright, satin or antique appearance that is impossible to achieve with paint or print alone.
These plates are used wherever a product needs to communicate quality, heritage and premium positioning; on furniture, kitchen appliances, audio equipment, wine labels, automotive accessories, fashion accessories and architectural signage.
| Finish | Description | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Chrome / Satin Silver | Mirror-bright or brushed silver electroplated finish | Industrial equipment, appliances, automotive |
| Gold Plated | Warm gold electroplated finish | Furniture, fashion, premium branding |
| Nickel Plated | Cool silver with slight warmth, highly durable | Electronics, instruments, tools |
| Antique Bronze / Copper | Aged warm finish with depth and character | Decorative plaques, wine labels, heritage branding |
| Matte / Brushed | Non-reflective satin surface | Modern furniture, architectural signage |
Chrome and plated nameplates are used across a wide range of industries and products:
Plated finishes are fundamentally different from printed or painted surfaces. The metal layer is bonded at a molecular level; it cannot peel, fade, or scratch off the way paint or ink can. A chrome or gold-plated nameplate on a piece of furniture or an appliance will still look new after 20 years of daily use. It communicates permanence, quality and attention to detail in a way that no sticker or printed label can match.
Which base materials can be chrome-plated? We plate over zinc die-cast, brass and aluminum substrates. Each material offers different weight, detail capability and cost profile. Zinc die-cast is ideal for complex 3D shapes. Brass gives the finest detail for flat plates. Aluminum is the lightest option.
How durable is the plated finish? Chrome and nickel plating are extremely hard and corrosion-resistant. It will not peel, fade, or tarnish under normal indoor or outdoor conditions. Gold plating is slightly softer but equally durable for indoor applications.
