3D Embossed Logo Badges in Brass & Zinc: Antique Finishes for Product Branding

Our custom Embossed badges, emblems, placards, medals, and nameplates are a unique type of 3D modelling with a custom Logo crafted on the next level! We can use 2 types of embossing: cold mask mold stamping and hot, molten metal injection molding. Injection-molded embossed badges are manufactured from zinc and copper alloys, with various plating and finishing options including chrome, nickel, antique brass, antique silver, gold plating and custom enamel fill. Aluminum can also be embossed using cold-mask embossing, which is a separate manufacturing process producing a different style of raised relief badge.

Our embossed logo badges are used by furniture makers, woodworkers, cutting board producers, audio equipment manufacturers, and craftsmen across the United States. Every badge is produced to your artwork, custom shapes, oval, hexagonal, or rectangular. Virtual 3D sampling is provided before production begins, and free physical samples of similar projects are available on request. Attachment options include strong adhesive backing, screw holes and pin backs. Our embossed badges are supplied to customers throughout the United States and internationally.
