ABS plastic chrome badges are the preferred choice of the global automotive industry and for good reason. ABS Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is a rigid engineering-grade thermoplastic that is lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant, and economical for large production quantities. Its ability to be precision injection-moulded into complex 3D shapes makes it ideal for OEM automotive emblems, grille badges and branded trim pieces that would be prohibitively expensive to produce in metal at scale.
